OnePlus 9RT Full Review
OnePlus’ first phone in the second part of the year was the OnePlus 9RT, not the OnePlus 9T. Yes, barely six months after the OnePlus 9R was released, OnePlus is hurrying to offer an improved version. OnePlus 9RT Full Review

OnePlus 9RT Design
The OnePlus 9RT is not an updated version of the OnePlus 9R, but rather a twin of the OnePlus 9. The virtually same look of all three represents the OnePlus design consistency, but it also lacks innovation. This silver 9RT has a ceramic glaze finish that resists fingerprints.
OnePlus 9RT ports review
The new technique makes this silver my favorite of the three 9RT hues, and the phone feels excellent, as OnePlus has emphasized. In addition, the rounded frame and rear cover are extremely tight, bringing superb enjoyment. OnePlus 9RT Full Review

NFC and stereo twin speakers are also included. In one line, the OnePlus 9RT design is: basic, yet pleasant to use.
The screen specifications have also altered somewhat from the OnePlus 9R. Because the size has increased, the PPI has decreased. This time, the 9RT includes sub-pixel font rendering, which should increase text clarity. The disadvantage is that the typefaces may have colorful striations.

Even zooming in, the effect on everyday usage is negligible. The OnePlus 9RT’s screen is no longer Fluid AMOLED. The OnePlus 9RT’s main flaw is its lack of transparency. The bottom bezel is broader than the 9R and has a rainbow appearance when seen sideways. While these flaws are difficult to see in typical usage, the OnePlus 9RT’s screen is a step down from the 9R’s. OnePlus 9RT Full Review
In addition to the newest Color OS 12 and AnTuTu benchmark scores of 793506, the OnePlus 9RT has Geekbench 5 single-core scores of 1124 and multi-core scores of 3330. OnePlus optimized the gaming experience this time, with in-game touch sampling rates up to 600Hz.
OnePlus 9RT gaming review Genshin
PUBG’s frame rate of 90FPS is acceptable, while an average of 88FPS is regarded excellent. However, the enhanced Genshin Impact performance isn’t as stunning as we expected, with the frame rate fast freezing at 40 fps. OnePlus values stability and low gameplay temps above fast frame rates. The 9RT now includes “Ultra-steady frame mode”. When it is turned on, the performance is same, except that the frame rate is greater at first. A phone with a faster frame rate but no stability offers a better gaming experience. The 9RT seems to have made gaming attempts, thus gamers may want to explore this model.

OnePlus 9RT Camera Review
The camera should be the most significant change. The primary camera has been updated from IMX586 to IMX766, a huge improvement over the 9R in every way. We picked the Mi 11 for comparison since it is similarly priced and has a flagship sensor.
The colours are stunning but not overly intense, so it will appear better in daylight. Good dynamic range. At night, the IMX766 shines. Highlights and shadows have detail. The Mi 11’s high pixel count actually suffers in low light because to the higher single pixel size. The OnePlus 9RT’s primary camera rivals several top phones. My only criticism is that AI picture sharpening might be overdone at times. OnePlus 9RT Full Review
The primary camera now has a 100-megapixel “HI-RES Mode” with AI interpolation. But it doesn’t increase the picture sharpness and it’s still not as good as the Mi 11’s 100-megapixel camera. The final photograph may not be as nice as those taken in Auto mode if this setting is used. So this mode is not suggested everyday.
Even though it is not an enhancement, the ultra-wide camera is nonetheless impressive. Excellent dynamic range, particularly handling of highlights. Even though the Ultra Wide Camera sensor is small, the outstanding algorithm ensures optimal exposure in low light conditions. In low light, you may observe a difference between the images taken in auto mode and those taken in night mode. Overall, this camera is a joy to use. OnePlus 9RT Full Review
The 2MP macro lens performs like other cheap phones, and the closest focusing distance is 4cm. Its picture quality is inferior than cropping with the primary camera, therefore we won’t go into depth about it.
Concerning video recording, I was astonished by the 9RT’s capabilities. The primary and ultra-wide angle cameras allow 4k 60FPS recording, and you may easily swap between them when filming at 4k 30FPS. Many phones in this price range, including the Mi 11, can’t. In AI Highlight mode, you may shoot films with more vivid colors and a wider dynamic range. It is not recommended for regular usage due to the lack of improvement and the limitation of 1080P 30FPS video. OnePlus 9RT Full Review
OnePlus 9RT Battery & Charging
The OnePlus 9RT can charge at up to 65W. The 65w charger is included in the package. An hour and a half is needed to charge to 100%. The battery is still 4500mAh, and each scene’s power use is indicated.
9RT review 04 A half-hour of Tiktok uses 5%, a half-hour of internet video approximately 5%, and two games consume 10% and 12%. This is typical power usage for a Snapdragon 888 phone. OnePlus 9RT Full Review
The camera is the most significant change between the OnePlus 9, 9R, and 9RT. The 9R features the finest camera of the three. The OnePlus 9RT offers the finest value for money and photo experience. Its camera also exceeds our expectations.
